Sometimes we forward your e-mail to other government employees or authorized concessioners who may be better able to help you. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, we do not share our e-mail with any other outside organizations.

Our website has many links to our partners, especially other federal agencies. In a few cases we link to private organizations. When you link to another site, you are no longer on our site and are subject to the privacy policy of the new site.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone 605-433-5489. Items sent for return must be done so within 30 days, and must have receipt. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase. Refunds may be made in the form of currency that was used for original purchase or store credit.

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. All items sold through website are shipped via USPS only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery.

Please note that if you try to enter a park pass into the discount field, it will apply an initial discount. However, it will be charged back to your card once the number is entered. We do not accept discounts for park passes. You must be a member of a participating non-profit in the national parks in order to receive a 15% discount upon checkout. Please consider joining to support your parks and receive discounts all around the US.
